Sandy was the lead in this project & adopted a design suggested by the owner, Debbie Cedar. Sandy & Patti Downey worked together to provide a peaceful & cheerful setting with all the color and foliage provided in this mural. The DeLand Cat Cafe places cats & kittens in their furever homes working alongside cat rescues in Volusia County.
